Stampin' Up! hearts a flutter ~ stamps and framelits

Having mounted my stamps the other day, here's the card I have made using them. It's just my usual plain and simple. Despite trying, I can't seem to make those really embellished cards that some people can create, it might be from being a scrapbooker in between card making and even my layouts tend to be 'flat'. I've used the primrose petals and old olive ink pad for my card, I like the way pinkish colours and greens go together.

I stamped and cut several of the shapes, the remainder go into my die cut tub for use (!) at a later date {must do that one day as the die cuts are increasing in number!}

For the mount, I have used some of the First Edition speciality DSP, mounted on to some real red cardstock and added some of the lovely stitched grosgrain ribbon

Then simply layered up the die cuts to finish it off. I might add a sentiment later but for now, like it just like this.
